Our rates are based on present minimum wages act of the respective state government (as per decided by principal employer). The salary of the other staff above the minimum wages act's are fixed by the principal employer after interview and selection. The manpower/ staff is fully covered under EPFO, ESIC and Welfare Fund Act. (All other statutory Benefits as per the requirements of the principal employer.

We ensure strict compliance of all statutory law including labour laws, P.F., E.S.I, etc. and the Bills are raised latest by 2 of each month and payments are made on the same day of receipt of payment from the principal employer.
